The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to the convention center and within walking distance to the metro station. There is also a mall right in front of the hotel, which is great for shopping or grabbing a meal. The rooms are clean and of a decent size, with nice amenities like a coffee machine and a bath tub. The breakfast buffet is also good, offering a variety of options to choose from.

There seems to be a lack of proper planning and organization when it comes to dealing with large crowds. Some guests had to wait for a long time for simple requests like an iron, and there were some hesitations when it came to accommodating early breakfast orders due to other guests already requesting room service.

We had a great stay here, the location near the beach was perfect for us with easy access to public transport. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, with easy access to the metro and not too far from the convention center. Plus, being right across the street from a huge shopping mall was a huge convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the facilities were excellent. The staff were really good too make me feel welcome and their knowledge about the area was very helpful. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast - there was something for everyone and it really set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

As backpackers, we loved the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff. Clara went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early and even helped us print our train tickets. The front desk staff also provided us with useful advice on things to do and how to get around the city. The comfortable rooms and great shower pressure were a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our bags at the front desk and hang out in the lobby before heading to the airport. The hotel's location was ideal, with a short ride to Port Olympia and plenty of dining options at the mall across the street. The proximity to the metro station made it easy to explore the city center with just a 15-minute ride.

The hotel amenities were great and perfect for families. The location was also great for attending a conference at the CCIB convention center. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
